Fitness Aerobics Work Out Music

“Fitty Cap Hip-Hop DanceXercise for Kids” combines hip-hop beats and aerobic dance exercises to create a cardiovascular fitness workout that is fun and creative for 6-12 year olds. “Fitty Cap” is the hip-hop term for fitted baseball style caps that are very popular with today’s youth. The DanceXercise routine “Headliner” is performed with the aid of a “fitty cap” that allow the kids to be stylish and creative while getting fit through the aerobic DanceXercise. The DanceXercise routine teaches the kids great hand, eye and lower body coordination.
