What is a good picture that would best represent "Aerobic Exercise" in a powerpoint presentation?

I am making a PPT presentation on Aerobic Exercise. It lists the advantages and disadvantages of different types of exercise. I am trying to think of a good background for the title slide, but cannot think of anything. Any suggestions?
