I'm trying to find some workout music.?
I'm using a Healthrider aerobic machine and I can comfortably manage 35 reps per minute, but the workout music websites don't seem to have anything slower than 95 beats per minute.
The action of the healthrider is something like a rowing machine, so if I counted the up and the down parts of the action as two reps, I'm still looking at 70 reps per minute.
Any advice?
