		<description>It sounds like you&#39;re doing extremely well, with 30mins 5 times a week.  As long as the aerobics you do is challenging, and you work up a sweat, 30 mins is a good time.

Combining it with weights means you&#39;re muscles are more toned as well.  Looks like what you&#39;re doing is working so stick with it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
