Workout Music, Kid Safe Lyrics,Title & Artist Please. Techno, Hip Hop, Modern - Your favorites?

My wife leads the warm up for our daughter's swim team. She asked me to get some "workout" music from ITunes, but I have no clue what to look for, and Miss 14 does not know the title or artist of any :)

What I don't want is explicit lyrics or anything too "adult". These girls are 8-15.

I'm an old fart (50) and have been hunting for TWO hours with only dirty looks from my wife. :)

Some of you people that do aerobics or other activities to music …

Help?

Is rock/metal/fast tempo music drumming a workout?

I've been to multiple dieticians, doctors, health instuctors, even cardiologists and have asked whether or not quick tempo music is bona fide aerobic exercise; each of which replied with 'No, it cannot be considered an aerobic workout', so my question is mainly aimed at drummers who might have backgrounds in health: Is drumming good cardio exercise?

Playing fast music is definitely a workout. Not playing it on your CD, of course, but if you watch some thrash metal drummers, the music requires that you hit the drums relatively hard, in comparison to playing top 40 music, or jazz, and it's also thrash metal, so it's very fast most of the time. Fast + hard hitting + use of 4 limbs = workout.
